• Phone number when contacting via WhatsApp
• Messages sent to the WhatsApp bot
• Business information entered in diagnostic forms (name, sector, size, processes)
• Traffic analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — see section 8

3. How we use your data

• To qualify and process AI diagnostic requests
• To follow up commercially with the prospect
• To generate internal diagnostic reports

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties. We use the following service providers under their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic — natural language processing (Claude AI)
• OpenAI — embeddings generation for semantic search
• Meta — WhatsApp Business messaging channel
• Supabase — data storage
• Hetzner — infrastructure hosting

These providers are located in the United States. The transfer is supported by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Chile's Ministry of Economy.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship or until the user requests deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability of your data at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data that significantly affect you, to request an explanation of such decisions, and to request human intervention or review. 7. Security

Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. No passwords or financial information are shared through our channels.

8. Cookies

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how this site is used.
